Peake Social Summer Kickball WEEK 2
Hey Everyone!
Week 2 of kickball is tonight! The forecast is calling for rain (booo) - we will keep you all updated if we have to cancel games.
If games are on, we will have your team shirts tonight! They will be out by Griscom 1. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early to grab them for your team! Note: if you were late signing up, we may not have your shirt yet.
Location/Schedules: Games will be played at Truxton Park on the Griscom Fields, the address is 273 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis, MD 21403. A field map is below if you’re not familiar. Schedules are published on the leagueapps site. Games for the summer league are played at 7:00pm and 8:00pm. Games are 50 minutes long.
Free Agents: be sure to check to see what team you are on by logging into leagueapps. If you need the captain’s contact info, don’t hesitate to ask!
Team shirts will be available tonight!
Host Bar: Dock Street will be the sponsor bar this week! Ask about the White Claw specials.

Rules may change during the season if we see that there is room for improvement and a majority of captains agree.
A few ones we'll highlight:
Players must run to the orange base to the right of 1st and home plate while the outfield team must tag the white base. This week we will allow one team warning, after that it will be an automatic out.
Sliding is allowed, just please don’t take out the base player. If they are blocking the baseline, we will make the judgment call and award the runner the base. Sliding dangerously into a player is an automatic out.
Teams may not have more than 3 consecutive males kicking in a lineup.
Only the team captain should discuss a call with the ref.
