Flag Football Week 5

Hey everyone,

We are planning on playing tomorrow- there may be a little drizzle, but the fields should be fine. This is the last game of the regular season! We’re not sure how it worked out but this should be some close games as the current 1 seed plays 2, 3 plays 3, and 5 plays 6. Good luck all!

If you have time to shower after the games, join us downtown Annapolis for the our 90s Bar Crawl! Goes from 1 to 5pm downtown. Last stop if Stan and Joes if you manage to stay there until 4pm.

Playoff Schedule

There will be two weeks of playoffs. Playoffs will be 5/21/22 and 6/4/22. Note we will be skipping Memorial Day Weekend.

Week 1 (5/21/22) Everyone Plays

• 1 v 6

• 2 v 5

• 3 v 4

Week 2 (6/4/22) Remaining Teams

• 2nd Highest Seed v 3rd Highest Seed (Semi-finals)

• 1 v Winner (Championship)

Rules: are listed on the League Apps site and you can view them here: Co-Ed Flag Football Rules. There are obviously no ties in playoff games, overtime rules are:

OVERTIME (Playoffs Only)

Each team will have 4 downs to score from 10 yards out from the goal-line. A female must be an operative player during overtime within 3 consecutive plays. If a team scores, they will have the opportunity to go for conversion points. Gender rules on scoring apply. This process will repeat until we have a winner. If the game is tied after two series, you must go for two.
